Anthony G. Lee, Senior Project Manager

 Mr. Lee’s primary function as a Triton Development Partner and Sr. Project Manager is to oversee effective communication between the Owner and the Project Team. He is accountable for the establishment of reporting procedures critical to the decision process for well-informed and timely Owner deliverables. 

Implements established communication procedures and protocols documenting project information, tasks and decisions from conceptual programming and design development, to construction of the work, and project close-out. Working directly with Clients, Design Consultants and General Contractors, his goal is to provide a finished project that meets the Owner’s goals and objectives. 


 The background in architecture, design and operations offers a unique skill set to projects at Triton Development. A dedicated professional with over fifteen years of experience, he has managed the documentation and resolution of development issues from the design phase through project completion. Mr. Lee maintains thorough and accurate records and correspondence pertaining to his projects, including the overall project schedule and budget, as well as general correspondence between all Project Team members. He oversees the progress of the work and provides weekly flash reports, weekly task lists and monthly updates to our Owners.
