 Provided senior oversight on the design and construction of Fairfax County’s largest fully ADA compliant park/playground in McLean, Virginia. 

 Provided construction management services for the renovation of the Watergate at Landmark Condominium Complex. This comprehensive systems renovation included new Building HVAC Roof Top Unit Replacement and electrical upgrades; Membrane Roof Replacement and Roof Slab Repair; and Masonry Façade Repair/Mortar Re-pointing of (4) 18-story Condominium Buildings. The complex renovations were completed over a 20 month period in which the buildings were 100% occupied. Specific responsibilities included quality control and contractor oversight, schedule management and coordination, project reporting and communications, weekly progress presentations to the Associations on site representative and monthly presentations to the Homeowner’s Board of Directors. All phases of the project were complete on-time and under budget. 

 Managed the design and construction of the ultra modern athletic complete in Rockville, Maryland. The project included a state of the art aquatic center, a regulation gymnasium and seating, an indoor track facility, a new Lacrosse field and all associated locker room and spectator amenities. 

 Served as Project Manager and Client Representative for multiple retail build outs for AJ Dwoskin. Spaces constructed included Gold’s Gym, Fairfax Senior Center, and Panda express. At the peak of the effort, Tony managed 6-8 projects simultaneously. 

 This was an embedded position with DPR Construction as the Quality Assurance / Quality Control manager for all construction contract scope activities for this new state-of-the-art center, designed to supplement delivery for the new health care reform initiatives. Quality Assurance and oversight of Kaiser’s specifications for the six-story facility, which features 128 exam rooms, 84 provider offices, and employs 500 physicians and staff. Tysons Corner Medical Center boasts more than 20 medical specialties, including several new services for Kaiser Permanente members in Virginia such as interventional radiology, nuclear medicine (non-cardiac), a three-bed outpatient procedures suite, and peritoneal dialysis. Several services are available to Kaiser Permanente members 24/7 including laboratory, pharmacy, a full range of radiological services, as well as urgent care and a 43-bed clinical observation unit.
